At Solbari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun protection purchase. If your garment or accessory doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
